Barnes, she combines clinical expertise with compassionate care, creating safe and personalized treatment experiences. Women’s Health Workshop

Women’s Health Workshops offer a focused, supportive space to explore the unique ways fascia, hormones, and the nervous system interact throughout a woman’s life. These workshops address common patterns such as pelvic tension, hormonal transitions, fatigue, pain, and emotional overwhelm through a regulation-first, whole-body lens.

Through somatic education, gentle movement, and practical tools, participants gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and learn strategies to support long-term health, vitality, and self-trust, without force, fixation, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
