Breath Reboot
Three hours in the Boulder studio with Nikki and Mark on the fascia–nervous system: myofascial stretching and self fascial release to open the ribs, diaphragm, neck, and jaw, breath that becomes a direct line to your nervous system, and guided TRE to finish. You leave deeply regulated, with a practice you can repeat at home.
