Evaluation Session

To get started on your path, you’ll need an essential evaluation session. The intake will include a postural, gait and ROM analysis as well as a thorough health and lifestyle assessment to better understand all of the factors effecting your body at every level. This initial 60 minute appointment will consist of specific assessments to help measure and track your progress as well as determine how you will begin and move forward. With the information from this session, Nikki will curate a completely personalized program to accommodate current pain/injuries or performance goals.

All of your exercises and tools from each session will be found in the remote training app for easy access with precise and clear instructions. Private sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute increments. Based on your needs and how you will move forward, Nikki will help you decide what is best in as far as length and frequency of sessions. Private sessions are a must for anyone who is in the “relief” phase and just getting started.

The ELDOA exercises and Myofascial Stretches are specific techniques created by world renowned osteopath, Guy VOYER DO. These are semi-private group classes of 6, organized by ELDOA Trainer, Nikki Costello, who uses a combination of these techniques to deliver the most beneficial sessions possible. Every class is designed to respect the proper progressions and order of the techniques as taught by Dr. Voyer to ensure quality.

These classes vary depending on the needs of those participating. There is an intentional goal set for each designated class and is ever changing to continually challenge each individual while encouraging their overall improvements. These groups are appropriate during any phase on your path but do require an evaluation session with Nikki before you begin.

Every session is a compilation of different strength and conditioning exercises that are progressive to continually challenge everyone as they become stronger and more stable. No two sessions are alike. In order to address each participants specific needs, it is required to complete an evaluation session with Nikki in order to participate. This is appropriate for those who are in the “release or resilience phase” on their path.
