Our Boulder studio is where the fascia–nervous system work comes to life, and we want you to experience it in person. Join Dr. Mark Barnes and Nikki Costello for an open house at our home base, 2516 Broadway, Suite 200, just a short walk from downtown with the foothills in view.
Walk through the space, meet the team, and get a hands-on feel for what regulation-first care actually looks like. We’ll have live demos of the tools and techniques we use every day, a chance to ask Mark and Nikki anything about fascia, nervous system health, or the Reboot! app, and a few surprises worth showing up for.
Whether you’re a provider curious about our training, a longtime client, or someone who just heard the word “fascia” for the first time last week, this is your invitation to come as you are. September in Boulder is hard to beat. Come spend an evening of it with us.

The son of John F. Barnes PT, visionary and leading expert in Myofascial Release, Mark followed in his father’s footsteps to advance and innovate care delivery with a focus on the practical application of the science of fascia and self-care programs.
